Salary structure is not well defined. Thought is dont compromise salary in starting . Try to get as much as possible.

Only Job security, although you will have less salary and benefits and appraisals, but your job will be secured. Because of cheaper Labours.

Salary structure is very poor. When you will leave vardhman, you won't have any money. This is the harsh reality of vardhman Fabrics. As well as , only sychophants will get promotions. In vardhman, there is no value of Qualifications and work Experience, even the output you give does not consider at the time of appraisal.

Salary is very low... Politics is very high.. No increment (very low increment)... No promotion... Job security is good for those people who have secondary income like "paisa khana" and many to say....

-Worst salary (25k for new B.tech when I passed out in 2016 and still my juniors in 2024 being offered same package) - our total stipend for 45 days was only 6000 rupees that could even suffice one month stay rent for us. - food and beverage selling complaints not taken seriously by HR Cold drink served inside campus at 15 rupees when outside it was 10 Rs Only Rotis were not of fresh Atta and were served of Maida ,which is not good for health

Colleagues are very supportive and every festival celebrate there and also good workers are very supportive.

Dislikes

Food quality are worst in mess, work load are very high,less salary and shift change very rapidly, work life balance are very worst.
