I'm currently working Vara United this is good company but In this company growth is not there also salary is less.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12- 13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime.

The company is open to innovation and Adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am part of team thatreliable,high quality products and global client base of ICICI bank support.me & my colleagues come from various cultures background.overall this company best.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have work to 10 to 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend any other branch,sometime late into night.managers do not value an individual unique strengths.convance payment is very poor.some time very pain full job.

It's newly entered into IT sector and salary will get on time,you will get good technical skills.

Just around 2yrs old company,last appraisal came in November and this year not yet received any communication mail

Salary will be credited at every month 1 St date , and but suitable for non technical job who have interest in that field

It's a night shift and salary is less and targets daily are there. We have to do over work there
