...left the company out of compulsion. Management needs to improve the performance. Salary delay is very frequent.

...s buat in politics. They will lie even infront of you without any guilt feeling. As I left the job, they denied to pay me the last month salary at first then asked me to wait for 45 days. Then, when I called them they asked me to wait for 15 days more. After that they stopped picking up calls. Once I reached that place they denied to meet me even asked me to come another day. That day also they didn't meet me and asked me to come another day. When I went for the 3rd day, they asked me to meet the director. she behaved pathetically and refused to pay the money. After I was pressuring immensely. They paid me half the salary and didn't meet anymore. I was tired by that time and returned back with half months salary in spite of working for the whole month. That too, i got the half months salary after 4 months!

Office environment is good. Team leaders were good . Job security was there.

...gement is slow. Company failed to provide id card after working for many days. Salary was deducted if target was not achieved which is not acceptabl

The company is open to Innovation and readily adopts The latest Technology. I Love The fact That AM a part of a team That markets reliable, high quality products And has a global client base.

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is high.

Only 2 days off and nothing else

If u can handle pressure than go there otherwise u will feel regreat after joining. Full politics process is here no growths is there. If u pro in buterring ur senior than u can stay otherwise don't expect any growth.
