...rofessional employees. The Administrator and HR management are very worse-class. Salary never paid in timely ,it paid but. Money deduction happens there very free ways.

Your colleagues are good and partial behavioral. Team work they never know. If a project goes good then all profit will carry by PL only if not then all claims are carried by engineers and filed workers.

Glorified family run shop,no policy,no HR, no culture, just a unprofessional lala father son duo touting crap china sourced products,it's really not a company,but many are fooled into joining them and then the horror starts.

The owners, father is old school, son is no school, don't pay salaries in time, old time employees dues are not laid, many people have had to resort to labour court,employees are fleeced of every possible perk, they import inferior quality products from china, Be it employee,consumer,partners or any stake holder the management has a knack of creating an issue with each of them

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14 to 16 hours straight in a day.

Zero job security, appraisals, no words for work culture, its a shit. And the most important to mentioned f&f of employees used to be hold for 6-8 months. Hell current HR system and management.
