HR department is good...they pay as per market standards

Old ERP... poor management.. no growth map for employees in finanac .. stretched working hours.... Old ERP software for employees to make there work more manual and harder ...no transperancy or value of work.

Salary is comparatively ok. Culture is mildly polluted due to hiring loads of people coming from different environment and bringing up ideas from their background. But overall its a nice place to be.

Dislikes

Good place to work , but very rigid to undergo change! Even if someone is ready to transform mostly due to business needs things might not work out. It’s a market driven workforce provider branch office in Pune.

Only good company culture until it was IT shared services but in FSSC this is also changing, nothing else to like about.

Salary, Office politics in promotion and responsibility and no new learning as they are working on outdated ERP’s. Too many things.

Management is a big question mark . They promote the person who do not deserve the position . Hard working person or person with good knowledge has no value . They will be considered fool & have to work & listen to those who even do not have any knowledge about your working or about laws .The person who are doing data entries are better than qualified persons . Not a good Place for Chartered accountants or Professionals .
