Initially I thought this company would help me to grow in my career. They just need someone who can work under 20K for the rest of his life. Without any work promotion or achievements. They have a HR department who is very close to the owner of the company and only they are one who are getting salaries according to their needs. Please don't join this company. Not at all.....

Everyone's friendly behaviour. Manager's were very supportive as well as other colleagues. And the fun and activities were conducted to lower some work pressure. At last but not the least Yamini Mam, the way she takes care of all the employees that is unbelievable. Talking to each employee, asking wather someone is comfortable with the work or not, helping those who need. Thank you so much ma'am.

Politics, stop playing politics at work. Give the chance to those who deserve not to to those who's close to you or who have good relation with you.
