On the other hand, those who raise questions or concerns about managers and higher-ups often face repercussions, with attempts made to discredit them and hinder their career progress without proper salary increments or promotions. Nonetheless, the company can serve as a valuable platform for freshers to kickstart their careers and aspire for senior positions. Unfortunately, this may not hold true for existing senior employees, as their careers are susceptible to being undermined by both managers and higher management, resulting in a lack of promotions and salary growth. Lastly, if you excel in ingratiating yourself through flattering and pleasing managers and upper management, you might still thrive in the company even as a senior employee. However, taking a stand on managerial concerns could lead to being targeted and discredited.
