Everything in here starting from work culture to compensation to work life balance to career progression,you won't find any only people who can not their head to their managers will get all the benefits from good rating to onsite opportunities and higher pay hikes.

...om the Employee perceptive not good because no good hikes Very poor policies. No other benefits apart form the salary, no perks , no food and no more facilities.

...Load per person might be high but there is huge learning and growth opportunity. People are compensated better in comparision with MNCs and pay structure is good. They believe in keeping the people they have(Depends on Situation though). You won't mind joining this company as you get to learn and at the same time compensation is good. You will be noticed for your efforts in a small team.

Dislikes

Points which they can focus on is: 1. There is no provision to change the projects(Official transition time is big and they want to keep hired employees tagged to the project they hired for) 2. Company lacks diversity Overall people are good. You need not worry about bad hikes and all. If Growth and learning is priority then there are minor cons which can be ignored

Good work life balance along with good compensation.

Nothing much only one suggestion for on-site employees. Company should plan properly for on-site employees and share all plans with employees so that they can plan their journey accordingly.

A good place for all grade of developers. Nice growth in terms of self improvement , career and pay scale. Supportive colleagues , cool and peaceful environment. Well established organization with highly motivated management and teams.

Dislikes

There is no cons unless you are able do your job properly.
