Good contractual job with salary on time and work from home.

Dislikes

They only care about your CSAT & DSAT, salary is low compared other companies. If you perform well for 3 weeks no appraisal but when you don't perform well for even one week manager tries to warn about your performance and threghten about they will mark as under performer if apply for any other companies. Overall if you want to earn few bucks and want fixed work hours you join this company but don't expect any growth in future best for part time for students.

...ject. As I got good teams I am able to managing the things without any pressure. About salary and hikes it's good when comparing with other companies.

Dislikes

Assigning multiple projects to work if you sit idea for even one to two days also. Internal data tracking about project is hectic work

Salary credited on time. 2 appraisal in a year is good though the hike is low

Dislikes

Too much focus on unnecessary things for promotion. Lot of manual tracking of work. Also other benefits provided by the company is very low. Even the health insurance has a copay of 20% and does not includes parents as dependents

...any culture is also great, people here are helpful & of growth oriented mindset. Salary is also great also the annual increment brings smile with a good percentage figure.

Dislikes

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.

they gave appraisal in every 6 month but nothing to like about it as they dont bother to give salary for their employees.

Dislikes

there is a huge list of dislikes which I can mention up here: they dont believe in giving monthly salary they holds the salary every 3-4 months and then release for only 2 months or 3 months that still shows the hold for one month and folllowed by other months. the working culture is worst, they behave like some lala company full politics, no skill enhancement. they use one employee for all the work for all other departments but they are not ready to pay on time or a monthly salary. there is no proper login logout hours, if you login at 8-9-10-11 am doesnt matter you have to work till 11 or 11.30pm at night. there is no weekend for valuelabs employee there managers can anytime ask to work on reports for them. there are zero values and ethics in this company,,, I recommend everyone not to join this at any cost, they can bribe you with good package,,,but what is the use if you are not going to get this salary for many months. there is no work life balance, no mental peace, no salary on time. NOTE: IF YOU ARE SINGLE EARNER IN YOUR FAMILY DONT EVEN THINK OF JOIN THIS COMPANY WHICH DONT BELIEVE IN PAYING SALARY ON MONTHLY BASIS.
