Worked more than 2 years, now salary hikes good and every six month ratings, free food and no variable pay...

Dislikes

No job security, full group politics, worst HR and recruitment management system... Bad medical health insurance policies... Worst internal interview process while moving internal projects...

Likes

On boarding & Exit process is quite simple & smooth and no any hindrance I felt . Salary credit on time and never fails to fulfill commitments. Up scaling programs & resources are very good . Appraisal process is interesting.

Dislikes

Culture & behavior of team members doesn't seems to supportive. I felt alone while working with team. They never informed me and not even acknowledged or share notice before taking any action i.e. layoff.

Assigning multiple projects to work if you sit idea for even one to two days also. Internal data tracking about project is hectic work

they gave appraisal in every 6 month but nothing to like about it as they dont bother to give salary for their employees.

there is a huge list of dislikes which I can mention up here: they dont believe in giving monthly salary they holds the salary every 3-4 months and then release for only 2 months or 3 months that still shows the hold for one month and folllowed by other months. the working culture is worst, they behave like some lala company full politics, no skill enhancement. they use one employee for all the work for all other departments but they are not ready to pay on time or a monthly salary. there is no proper login logout hours, if you login at 8-9-10-11 am doesnt matter you have to work till 11 or 11.30pm at night. there is no weekend for valuelabs employee there managers can anytime ask to work on reports for them. there are zero values and ethics in this company,,, I recommend everyone not to join this at any cost, they can bribe you with good package,,,but what is the use if you are not going to get this salary for many months. there is no work life balance, no mental peace, no salary on time. NOTE: IF YOU ARE SINGLE EARNER IN YOUR FAMILY DONT EVEN THINK OF JOIN THIS COMPANY WHICH DONT BELIEVE IN PAYING SALARY ON MONTHLY BASIS.
