Hire and Fire Policy : No job security, they hire in emergencies with good packages. Once the work is done they will ask you to leave nicely by saying there are no projects. Really high RISKY job!

Working at ValueBound is very good experience. Senior management always welcome innovative ideas, new learning, and helping how to grow in career (Good future guidance) . Getting opportunity to new tech text also. Overall providing great learning platform.

I have worked with Valuebound for over 4 years and had a completely opposite experience compared to some of the negative reviews I've seen. I really like how open and approachable the leadership team is. They listen to new ideas and encourage everyone to take ownership of their work. I've seen the team grow a lot, and it feels great to be part of that journey. The work environment is very collaborative, and there are many opportunities to learn and grow. The leadership is also honest about challenges and works with the team to improve things.

Dislikes

There are some areas where things could be better, like having stronger processes and systems. At times, it can help feel like things move slower because of these gaps.

Nothing, the employees are good but the management not so much, it's like if a head is bad it affects the other whole body kind of situation

While working at Valuebound, I found certain aspects challenging. The work-life balance (WLB) was less than ideal, and the appraisal process left no room for improvement. Moreover, there was limited emphasis on skill development, which hindered growth opportunities. Favoritism was another issue that affected the workplace environment. The most concerning aspect, however, was the lack of healthy competition. While competition can be motivating, it was often overshadowed by office politics, which created a toxic atmosphere. This dynamic undermined collaboration and productivity, making it a significant area for improvement.

Some of the people were good but all have left now.

Dislikes

Management is trash. They don’t run it like a company but behave like a local vegetable vendor. Like vegetable prices are changed everyday, here plans and policies are changed everyday and then you are at fault. They can’t stand by their own plan for a single day.
