Payment wise it’s really good, competitive package, variable pay is more than 100%

Work life balance is shattered, we have worked most of the weekends and late nights in last one year. Employees will not get the respect and value for the hard work but you will pushed to a corner if you get any escalation. Most of the projects have aggressive timelines and it’s very hard to catch up if you lost even couple of weeks

Culture & Diversity. WFH/Remote option availability. Friendly colleagues (Subjective).

Dislikes

Salary & promotions are stagnant or bit slow. Limited project, if once in pool bench it becomes tedious to get into new/desired project.(This time market is at critical so it might add a point here). Senior management is below at par level.

Internal politics, under-rating the new joinees, Old Juniors shoe-lickers have more power and better salary and post. No team support, immense pressure of work, no work-life balance, unusual estimation, lack of knowledge of systems, always pushing approach by higher ranked people, can't ask for leaves, people sitting there to make your life miserable and pointing out your mistakes which is like you are thinking other way. Micro to micro management, no WFH

Good and supportive colleagues with market standard pay and job security.

Dislikes

Your career growth might get stagnated at some point, and due to their business model in India you may end up working in a support project forever. Exit process is not automated and people from HR team are very lethargic.

Not supportive for new moms.Managers here play lot of politics and very bad in managing things.only housekeeping staaf is good and kind here . Your skills qualification and certifications will not be valued if you re not part of the politics.They will say they are supporting you and will backstab you later
