...usiness - in 2021 they have fired almost 60 nos of employee from india plant. If you dont have job in hand or you have very less salary then only join valmont considering you dont have job security - They can fire you within 1 month as well . This is the worst company i have associate in my entire carrier .

politics of being favorable to HR and top management team with in-team gossip and secrets, HR not being professional, for any document, such as a joining letter, confirmation letter, experience letter, reliving letter, all needs to be begged to get and you will get it after 2-4 months The bathroom exhaust issue was resolved after 2 months whole time office used to smell shit

There is no growth. They don't even use autocad. All automation in drafting work you will be known as typing operator after few years as they use inbuilt software which is no use. Lot of politics done by HR. Females can get growth if they have good relationship with HR department. Total company is handled by HR guys just for name it's MNC rest useless. No job security. You can be told any time without any reason to leave the company by HR team even if you have done 10 number of years. Not hod job is secured.
