There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

...nt with full of worst politics mostly played by middle management and core team. Those employees who works under them will get exemption from rules,protocols and salary deductions. Lot of employees were suffered with their hire and fire policy. Worst culture and no professionalism at work environment including middle management and core team.

Employees have to work around rats, Very unhealthy premises, even cleaning is also a self service here. employees need to clean their system so, desks and chairs as well.. Full of politics played by middle management and core team...employees must work under these teams leaving their self respect, otherwise they will play worst politics towards the employees who don't listen and work for them.! Its like a fish market.. No professionalism at work place including middle management and core team. With their hire and fire policy lot of employees were suffered a lot.

Politics.work pressure, manager Sunitha Arun and his spoons Sirisha ,Rani bhavani and sravan..this people's never allow new joine to grow.. toxic peoples.
