Valmet is very good company for freshers as well as experienced employees.Work life balance is very good at Valmet. Other company policies are also good. Technically you will learn alot.

Dislikes

Employees are stuck at same position for very long time. Promotion is very difficult at Valmet.Because of this reason many employees left Valmet.

Safety is the 1st prioriry for Valmet employees as well as contractor persons.

Dislikes

Need to maintain descipline at shop floor within blue collars. Disciplone following bye blue collars are at very poor level. Even after knowing all scenario management do not taking any strict action on this. Blue collars are using mobile phone meanwhile performing his daily tasks on machine and assembly.

It's a good company, work life balance is great. People are very supportive and you get an opportunity to work with people from all across the world.

Nothing specific. Every company has pros and cons but if you see the overall scenario then it's a really good company
