There is nothing to like about this organisation.

...idea what’s happening in the company, and the HR team is completely ineffective. There is mismanagement in HR operations, salaries are not paid on time, and employees are even called to work on Sundays. Instead of fostering a professional environment, people sit together and gossip about each other. Everyone in the organization seems to be involved in this toxic culture.

...can learnt many types of skills Projects. I worked many projects in the company.Timely salary and other benefits.

Dislikes

Late night work and Management is not cooperative for understanding the employee KRA . Work burden is too much unless and until you deliver a Productive work.

Likes

I enjoyed working in the company. The employees here are very nice and honest. Everyone works together when there is any problem. If this thing is taken care of in the future, it will be better for everyone. Rest, I got a very good experience of working with everyone all these years. There is no discrimination in the mind of any employee.

Dislikes

The management system here is very bad. Any employee is used for any personal work. Like bringing tiffin from the boss's house. Boss's tambacco and many other things are done. Due to which all the employees are demotivated. All the employees go to office from work. There is no problem in having it for a day or two. But this thing always seems bad to everyone. Because of which many employee jobs were stolen. And there is no increment for any employee in this time. One always has to go and speak to the boss about this thing. And there are many employees who have been employed for many years but the design is always the same. No promotion is named.
