Once you get into this company, you will literally hate the whole corporate world. There is no likes I could point out.

- My advice is to avoid joining this company, even if they offer a high salary at first. There's no chance for career growth, the culture is terrible, and there's no job security. - There's no balance between work and personal life. - The training provided is poor, and there are no standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Salaries are always late, never paid before the 18th of the following month. - We're not motivated or appreciated for our work. - Basic office facilities like proper lighting, ventilation, and chairs are mostly broken.

Manger will tell you to leave in time but also they will ask why you have not completed the given task in the given time so you can't ever leave your desk in time.

No constant date of salary. No HR to listen your problem if you are facing any. No internal movement. All freshers they hire as they are the soft target to exploit with low salary. And in my time period 90% joiner left the company with in one year.

...e is 0 as most of the day you need to extend extra hours and complete your work. Their salary date is between 15-20 of every month but your salary will come on 25th and sometimes next month so you cannot commit on anything with your salary and you will not get a single benefit apart from salary. Let me tell you they don't even have health insurance policy to the employees 😄. And during appraisal if you are lucky you will get 5-7% hike or its 500rs hike for everyone in the company. And at any point of time they will terminate you if you resist to be their slave. No team lunch no team outing here just do your work n get out. And the worst part is they charge $50 to complete your back ground verification if you don't pay it will come as BGV failed. So my request is stay away from this company or just join this company and regret for rest of your life.

Waste of time. There is no career growth here. They will assure you promotion but will never give you promotion. HR people are worst don't believe them if you're joining or while getting relieved.

They dont pay salary on time. Lack of knowledge. Hr acts as puppet. Pf will be deducted but wont reflect in pf account.
