Initially good work environment and culture but at present situation is very bad even staff salary also not paying.

Dislikes

Career growth is nothing to there and salary also not paying . I have get very bad experience with him and lost of salary also.

The management and directors were very humble and down to earth. They treated employees as part of their family. It was my first job company so I learnt a lot and they are responsible for my exposure to tendering & contracts experience which plays a very vital part in my career development.

Dislikes

The career growth very slow and I left the company after my department manager told me ladies should not work on site. This accordingly to me was a very gender biased statement and I felt my growth will be stunted if I continue further so I decided to move on.
