Hectic profile, Politics, No skill development, Unhealthy environment Very low salary Very slow growth They expect to you to work for them with your full potential as per their needs and don't expect the pay Hold your salary when you resign and never gives you the experience certificate even on notice period MD and GM both are very selfish persons workers and supervisors both get equal amount of pay and treatment. No any career development and skill improvement. Can be recommended to those only, who have crossed their 40's and looking jobs just for time pass.

Toxic work culture, no career growth, departmental politics, GM is of very selfish nature and cuts your salary of every leave or holiday, most of the people are illiterate and doesn't know how to behave, no technical oriented or work standard

No career growth, no technical knowledge improvement, nothing to learn , would give 0 star if possible

Nothing, was good 2 years before but now days it's totally useless company , no job security, no increament, only lots of office policies, and every one from worker to manager level is only plays politics

Everything, no canteen, no security, non experience staff, non technical staff, hygiene level is worse.

Very fustrating work culture need to work 10-12 hrs per day. Very low hike. No employee development activities. No skill development, need to do donkey work.
