The Salary is deducted without any reason and in some month the Salary of the whole month is deducted, even the Full and Final Settlement is rigged. It can be said that the employees are exploited. The funny thing is that my Full and Final Settlement had a lot of mistake and all this was known to the company as well they said that the company's account department has made a mistake, due to which I will get less than only one fourth of my total amount. And in the end, I was compelled to pay the brunt of the company's mistake. To whom do I complain about this. The Government should also work on the corruption of private company.

Alternative saturday off, and my HOD means my boss and my colleague's, I really appreciate my team and senior's they where very supportive and helpful.

No job security, salary deduction, very less management support

All Employee, Management staff is good and good response to same , not showing ego -power, This organization good for small person like 10K -25K,after not salary hike. To many employee are working last since more than 15 years within salary Rs.25-30K.

Teammates a very supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good. Good work environment and culture.

On the job joining training is not given to new joinees. Salary is less & career growth is very slow. Management doesn't address our issues.

I have learnt a lot of thing from vakrangee work with a number of channel partners such as CRM, technical knowledge, how to handle government authorities and projects.

Dislikes

...at they got failed to fulfill that and they works only in papers not in reality. I don't know what HR department does they hire only cheap employees with very low salary they don't have any productivity so that company cannot grow as well.
