It is good company to start with but not the best. (Only for 3-6 months). They have incentive policies. BUT DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR INCENTIVE POLICIES, As soon as you start over achieving your target (which means you are eligible for incentives), they will start doubting your work and efficiency or your overall targets will be increased otherwise they will tell you, you cannot work for incentives.

...LL THE POINTS TO KNOW ABOUT THE COMPANY IN DETAIL. It is a target based company. Whether you are a fresher or you have more than 1 year of experience you have to complete your targets otherwise you will have to FACE DEDUCTIONS IN YOUR SALARY. Everyone has targets except for some managers or team leads favoured by the management. If you work for more than a year in that company and ask for appraisal or promotion you will not get one, instead you will be forced directly or indirectly to resign. They will humiliate or demotivate you to the core that you will not have any option except resigning. JOB SECURITY IS LOW. They can terminate you whenever they want stating that you have violated the company policy. During work from home due to COVID-19 they have gone from poor to worst, they can blame you for anything. They can also deduct salary during full and final payment after your resignation stating multiple reasons for deductions.

Pros: Good place to learn academic writing skills. Starting salary is fine. Superiors are supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisals take more time than usual. Lesser chances to utilize and improve other skills such as problem solving, initiative, and communication skills.

The over-all staff and seniors are very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

...y get any rest and you have to complete 8 hours strictly even if you've no work. The salary growth is very low. It is good for some fresher but you cannot grow with this company.

The work culture and environment is great for a wfh. The salary is on time. All the team leaders are very supportive and help us in all the time.

this is a pathetic company. they will target you unnecessarily and will deduct your salary and after that they will terminate you and keep your salary on hold. please do not join such fraud companies. do something for your future never come to this place. its my worst experience ever. i haven't seen such things in my life.
