Worst company culture. Top managemet treats like labour since they have more 5 time in this company. Within 6 months I saw whole teams left one by one and even new hires left in 1-2 months.

There is no respect and work ethics. They shout in meets like if we are salves they have bought us.

totally worst environment, seniors are like mentally ill always harrassing. no so much work but unorganized by creating complexity, communication gap is a very big issue from senior side. life balance is zero, HRD is only dummy doll (English speaking is excellent..haha). relation matter so much. even husband wife allowed to work. middle management working like a gang and treat subordinate according to their personals strategy...

It has been an amazing experience. The best part about working at Vahdam is that surrounded by such young and dynamic folks. Work pressure is also manageable.

Dislikes

Process are not that well defined. Everything is still in building stage and technology used is also old school. The pace with which the company is growing and the huge data that is generated. There has to be an integrated system.
