Upper level Seniors ( AM,GM ,Junior Manager) are supportive

- Salary Is less as compared to Other companies - when you work so hard you thought I will be permanent in this company but the seniors and senior executive give negative feedback about your performance so they didn't want to permanent you only less salary holder like electricians become permanent because management want to show lowest graph to the managers

Vacmet company & policy is very good... But due to bad behavior and thinking of some wrong people, it gets less respect.

...ge...Consuming the food here continuously causes stomach problems and heartburn. And canteen staff don't even pay attention to cleanliness etc.

The best part is management gives the opportunity to fresher to learn and grow with industry and all other things are also good like salary on time, PF, Bonus, transport etc. management provides to all their employees. Company policies are transparent they follow all government rules related to employees and employers. They treat their employees like their families which is remarkable.

...t the quality of canteen food is not being improved even after lakhs of efforts. management should pay attention on this matter which is basic need of their employees.

The location of company at rural area , and not market available nearby for shopping . The facilities of hospital , police, and other emergency are not available and also the food of company canteen is not much satisfactory.
