No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

There is nothing good about this company.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and they don't provide salary on time, no salary date. They keep on holding every employee one month salary. Director abuses in the office, saying bad words to all the employee. No proper training are provided. NO company policies, they self create policy and they even dnt follow the rules and polices of the company. Lots of work pressure. Not a comfortable environment for employee. Management want that employee should tell lie to other client about the company strength, project and issues that very awkward.
