The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Hello guys , I am writing this review specially for those who are eagerly looking for an aspiring IT role in their field. I request you all guys , if being contacted by Vaantech please ask them for proper appointment letter not with any other name...such as intent letter or etc..(as in my case). As well as check for potential spelling and grammatical mistakes if any, as it might play a crucial role while filing any future legal actions against them. Company is fraud or not I cannot clearly say but their response system is horribly wrong. They will block you anytime and then you can do nothing about it really, since it would be a WFH. Finally I suggest everyone very careful and consult to elders and co mates..before joins this company.
