Salary increments are not given on time. HR team is not cooperative. There are very few opportunities for promotion. Even if it happens, there is no special benefit from it.

...es manpower to tata,vedanta and many more which includes engineer, technician. And pay is decent. If you are not much experienced then u surely take this opportunity and learn as much & grow

As u know it is a service based company.. So job security is not that much great. If the customer company have negative impression about u they will fire without any explanation

Work culture is very bad. HR management is Even worse. Job security is good because company won't fire you because they know that no known person will work again for this conpany.

No fixed job schedule, No fixed date to get salary sometime we got on 20th-25th of the month. Transport facility is not good. No payment for over time. Company wants you to report 20 minutes earlier and leave 20 minutes late. No place to have lunch.

...e work with client as it is operation and maintenance service providing company. Decent salary pay with job security and decent appraisal.

The higher management does not have any vision. They are not at all looking for the expansion of company. Don't expect that technical talents will be promoted here. The promoter has some lackeys ( snake like creatures) . However, these snake like creatures have no technical knowledge and they are corrupt like anything. So don't expect much from the management. They take contracts without any consideration to the condition of the site and put the site management under extreme stress for performance.
