Salary doesn't come on time..politics is at its peak...Managers have another level of Ego's..Sunday's and Saturday's are also working forcefully...No yearly Bonus given to employee..All work is done manually..

Leave can be get easily and no management pressure.

1. Salary not getting on time , 2. PF deducted from both sided , 3. Medical policy has to pay by employee itself. 4. No timely appraisal . 5. No Management policy & HR policy just like a baniya ki dukan .

All good but salary gets delayed which is the only concern of all employees at Vaaan

Nothing is like a supportive atmosphere during covid19 lockdown . whole the lockdown period working from home more then office but salary deducted during lockdown and after lockdown too also no incentive\arias provided after resume all the work as usual and still salary deduction continue. And most of the more experience employee terminated or resign the job by pressured of management and increased the notice period during covid 19 period and not given the pay off in case of termination.

...ronment . also unmanaged policy and work distribution among all the Department . salary is not on the time and getting after 15-20 every month and double pf amount deducted from employees not deducted from company as per rule .

...open to grow up on their respective fields and my teammates are very helpful. Here career growth is low and salary increment/appraisal duration is approximately 2 year and the increment in salary is very poor for fresher candidate. After joining here work-life balance get into flush. Their is 24/7 support and only one work shift is there. So the associates get call on their personal mobile number at any time, anywhere, mid-night even on vacations also. Good thing about the company is there are many holiday as compared to others.

Dislikes

Only one work shift is there. Salary credit day is not fixed it will come arround middle of the month. After leaving the company final settlement process is very slow.
