Too much project review Salary scale very low Salary rarely on time Though Saturdays are officialy off, but people are forcefully called onto office on saturdays Work life balance not good Promotions are based on favourism(Chennai people more in good books) not hard work Pathetic spineless bosses Other than MD no body can take decision for even 1 rupee

Excellent working environment, equally opportunity to excel. Need based training to enhance the skill. Flexible timing balanced family life.

Delay Salary (approx 20-25 days) is only problem which we are facing continuosly.

Opportunity given by the company for the learnings of the trainees.

Dislikes

No on time salary. No WFH even during COVID. Treating trainees as machines and very late in reimbursement of work related expenses. Not listening to the trainees feedbacks.

If you are a third party employee,Salary delay issue of more than 3 months continuously from last 2 years . They don't provide petrol to there site engineer and wants them to move to every site. No salary no petrol. And wants work on time. They don't provide any cell phone reimbursement but wants every employee to deal with public as well as government officials. No growth no increment. Mentally frustating job. Strict timings. Biometric and location tracking.

Working in VA TECH WABAG is such a good experience in this company you will get so many opportunities as a individual to excel in your carrier not only in your field but also in different departments. This company has given me a better opportunity in my starting carrier. The management are amazing, helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

The increment and bonus are not good and training programs are very long duration.
