Too much office politics, promotions only if you know buttering, salary is delayed, full and final takes more than years to settle, VP, PR and bonus are not given based on some reason or other

Too much project review Salary scale very low Salary rarely on time Though Saturdays are officialy off, but people are forcefully called onto office on saturdays Work life balance not good Promotions are based on favourism(Chennai people more in good books) not hard work Pathetic spineless bosses Other than MD no body can take decision for even 1 rupee

We can't expect Salary ontime. Salary will credit but no guarantee when it will credit.
