No on time salary. No WFH even during COVID. Treating trainees as machines and very late in reimbursement of work related expenses. Not listening to the trainees feedbacks.

If you are a third party employee,Salary delay issue of more than 3 months continuously from last 2 years . They don't provide petrol to there site engineer and wants them to move to every site. No salary no petrol. And wants work on time. They don't provide any cell phone reimbursement but wants every employee to deal with public as well as government officials. No growth no increment. Mentally frustating job. Strict timings. Biometric and location tracking.

Working in VA TECH WABAG is such a good experience in this company you will get so many opportunities as a individual to excel in your carrier not only in your field but also in different departments. This company has given me a better opportunity in my starting carrier. The management are amazing, helpful and supportive.

The increment and bonus are not good and training programs are very long duration.

...any culture. People shout on top of their lungs in abusive languages. No ethics. Settled final salary amount after 1.5 years of leaving the company. Management extremely biased
