Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Its a great company to kickstart your carrier, but with lots of sacrifices.

Dislikes

The work life balance is very pathetic, even the salary structure is not good, a person joins at the same position in which you are can have a better salary than you even if he doesn't know anything. You cannot take a single day leave even if you have any important work or death of any relative, they say you have sick leave and all but you can't take them. Taking a single day leave (even pre-approved) will deduct a huge amount of money from your salary.

There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

Sanjay Gupta the director of vatalks is a big fraud and flutter person, he force to leave the company after completing of 6 months and will never increase the salary. He only help girls and use them. Never work with this company,if you work and don't like to continue, this company will put blame on you and blacklist you.
