Worst management, Hr never call/ask/response for any issue. Only upper level management control everything. One of the Worst experience that I have ever gained in my life.

...yee friendly best organization for work there is good environment and culture. Salary hike is not getting for old employee new employee are taking more Salary than old this injustices for employees

Covai shied work benified company policies good they give good salary hike and bonus every year

other state work language problem salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before. Which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

This is the organizarion which Spoiled my career in 2013. Committed me a salary package but immediately after 2 days of joining said that they can not continue with offered package. I had no option as I had already resigned from previous organization. Within six months they laid me off saying that project is completed but in actual case they wanted to earn money from client appointing another people. It is a worst organization and very unprofessional culture.

There is nothing to like in this organization. They are just to earn money from clients and for that they can spoil candidates career by laying them off after 6 months of service.
