Employee motivation is - The UK MD will guide the staff in India on how to do micromanagement and give details on time so that he can fire and hire.

Dislikes

At times I feel sorry for india team, they seem unaware of how they're being treated in this txic organization. employees are let go as easily deleting files from a folder, if you're considering joining this company I would suggest to wait for other offer at least, or else you can join for sometime and switch immediately before any action taken, as this company is reputed history of damaging careers. The place is filled with people who lack proper knowledge and wrongly hired. The illiterate team leads shout on the floor to their staff many times observed. so be careful always going and short coming to any organization that has this value. better take some more time and search for a better opportunity that's my advise.

Toxic work environment, the company operations and marketing strategies are poorly managed, leading to low business growth. Employee dissatisfaction is rampant due to low salaries and constant micromanagement.

Dislikes

There is very little creativity or innovations as everything is strictly controlled, and the lack of employees recognitions and support creates a toxic work environment. Unfortunately, leaderships focus on short term gains than on fostering a healthy and productive workplace.
