It has quite Unfair and Toxic environment.... They dont have business and also clients they are working with are not responding on time .... They put pressure on Employees as if employees are the owners and they are only responsible as if they are directly dealing with clients.

There is nothing to like about this company. It is filled with fraud people who will chest you everytime when you leave.

The company is run by 4 people who are relatives. They do not care about their employee- experience at all. Just do their work and they will keep you in the discussion.

Besides the fact, its a startup and you get a lot of learning in the field. Nothing

The management policies, the bond contract, increment policies, leave policies are only determined when the you start asking questions as to what or why or proof any of the above contexts. Also, the company is a fraud so be careful before you join and start working on them.
