Worst experience ever after leaving job in march month ....while there was lockdown company hold my final settlement with my march month salary .... I requested them to release early as possible... But HR always given excuses with company's policy .... Also deducted 8 days salary because I didn't complete my notice period because of lockdown .... Very bad management ☹️

Everything is good this the core logistic company. Salary is on time. Everthing is flexible.

Growth rate is too slow because more experience persons are there so you have to wait for your turn. Some time working hours.

Company culture is good. Company tries to provide good infrastructure and services but..it seems the lack of implement in a proper and well structured way.

Mediclaim Policy is only upto 1 to 2 Lakhs. PF dedication is capped up to 15% of Salary. Some internal Unofficial activities seems. Seems sometimes communication gaps in a professional way.

We have to work for both our salary as well as some uneducated illiterated selfish minded manager salary as well. They won't come to office but they get full salary. We work 15 hrs a day, but if we took leave for 2 days they will cut the salary. They do some illegal activities by breaching company's SOP, Coimbatore RM utter waste nonsense fellow

It's a great place to work certified company and you will definitely fill it here, On time salary on the last day of month is the best thing everyone liked by those working here.

As of 60+ year old company some old people are there who are playing politics and doing mental harassment with new comers. But this thing you can overcome with perfect work and honesty.
