Overall if want to learn about logistics you just have to spent sometimes in this company.

Dislikes

The salary structure of this company is worst Comapare to other Logistics firm. And work environment is not good for new joiners.

Company culture is good. Company tries to provide good infrastructure and services but..it seems the lack of implement in a proper and well structured way.

We have to work for both our salary as well as some uneducated illiterated selfish minded manager salary as well. They won't come to office but they get full salary. We work 15 hrs a day, but if we took leave for 2 days they will cut the salary. They do some illegal activities by breaching company's SOP, Coimbatore RM utter waste nonsense fellow
