I really enjoy working at Vsoftware consulting for several reason Firstly , the company foster a collaborative and innovative environment, Which allow me to work with the team of talented professionals who are passionate about what they do. The emphasis on teamwork and knowledge-sharing not only enhance my skills but also makes the work more enjoyable. Additionally Vsoft places a strong emphasis on professional development. The company provides various opportunity for training and skill enhancement , Allowing me to stay current in the rapidly evolving field of software development. Moreover the company culture at vsoft is inclusive and supportive. Overall, I appreciate the dynamic and forward-thinking nature of Vsoft , making it an ideal place for me to grow both personally and professionally. Its good to work with vsoft and i spent 3 years but its like from long time I was working there. Thank you Vsoft team

Only one thing I didn't like that was team partiality. Stakeholders itself was supporting to only one team. and good appraisal also that team member were getting either they are working or not and if you will die for work then also no appreciation . But its ok for learning vsoft is best place.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
