Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.

Dislikes

Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.

...ng any holiday on 26th January, Holi, 15th August or any other national Holiday. Also not getting any compoff or double salary for working on that particular holiday.

Have very friendly and good inviroment to work here and the management is transparent . Really enjoying the work with v martian's.

Salary is good but career growth is litile slow already I expand more than 3year but there have no any assure chance for next lavel.

Yes, We very happy with V-Mart Organization, Organization taken responsibility for Helth & Salary to all employee. We all are getting our salary without any work. Also Company doing Charity work in this critical situation. We very Thankful to our HOD, & CMD.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable,good quality product and has a global customer base .As a result,my colleague get to travel Thailand,Goa .But on site travel is completely dependent on your target achievement. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is average.The work pressure is medium.Sometimes ,I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day .Manager do not value an individual unique strengths ,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
