...jobs. During my tenure i have followed some issues. Staffs are not treated well. They never give actual salary based on wages to the groud level empliyees. Even is there any error done by company at the time of attendance received next month the arear will not pay to employees. Several complain received from my junior colleagues. There are no room for store manager also. Maximum store dont have warehouse. Stock inward outward problem show several time any issue faced they totally treat as guilty to ASM/SM even problem created from zonal/ho team. There no budget for store for welfare or activities for staffs. They always use slang to the employees.

Transparency in companies work policy, vision and mission, it's SOP's, training part is very good, internal promotions strategies is also good, and best thing is that it's top leaders are well experienced, supportive and a good mentor.

Working culture needs lot of improvement.. IT department is not strong. Some times any offer changes with out any prior information. Training and development is required at every designation

...mpany but appraisal time company disappointed the staff .this is wrong cultural.no gap in salary as pr destination .iam working as a assistant store Manager but take the salary as per association.asm and associate same sallery working ..so sad see the this condition.but top management look this type issues
