Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.

Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.

Yes, We very happy with V-Mart Organization, Organization taken responsibility for Helth & Salary to all employee. We all are getting our salary without any work. Also Company doing Charity work in this critical situation. We very Thankful to our HOD, & CMD.

You can learn alot here as long as you want too. As a Store Manager you are responsible for everything in each department in all field. You are allowed to innovative things in your store and get result and best is job security is 100%.
