Two brothers should not work in same deptt in Kolkata office. Two brother playing polictis and illegal work at Kolkata office. When I was recruited for sr recruitment officer for cruise line. HR not given me offer letter neither identity card reasons I don't know. If you have doubt you can check with HR Mumbai office. HR has not reimburse my telephone bill expenses for the month of October November and December 2019. Kolkata office given me bad treatment as I belongs from Hindu community Requesting you to please change Kolkata office as two brothers doing politics in Kolkata office.

Travelling to office at Goregaon was easy. Additionally the there was notnwork pressure as such. You get all Indian holidays as well which usually you dont get at any MNC's. Additionally they partially follow Hybride working which is also a plus, however it depends on which department youbare working with.

...ole. You either call it inflation or the standards of living, you need money. V. Does not pay you well and even if they give you a good package, don't expect high percentage of salary increase when it gets reviewed during Appraisal cycles. Promotions are not done and they don't have any kind of career mapping which is done which would help an individual understand what next level is for him / her. Training ar le conducted very rarely and it's done only after huge intervals for certain departments. They also dont have any kind of policies in place to support career growth and sponsored external training programs. So to sum it up, it a good place to sit if you want to have a peaceful job and if you don't expect great things to happen for your future. If you are ambitious and like progressing in your life then a good place to start but don't spend more then 2 years here and plan your movement out.

Nothing to like about this company. DO NOT JOIN. This company ruins careers. FEMALE SAFETY IS A MAJOR ISSUE. Company will not support the females even when harrassed by their male staff.

Staff Count - 125 in 25 years of existence (whatsapp groups have more members) Job Stability - None. Attrition - Extremely High as they keep firing people without reason. For the company, PIP is a tool to fire employees and many times even that is not used. Women Safety - Company doesn't care Politics - 10+ years Admin staff without any actual past career apart from V Group will just gossip and hog credit than work. Culture - TOXIC TO THE CORE Work Life Balance - Company fires employees if they use this word.

NOTHING, pathetic work culture full of dictator ship,Management people them self don't know anything just know one thing to snatched the effort of other and once things re not done, put blame on others.
