Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. One of the worst company... With terrific rules and pressure

Dislikes

Worse rules and pressure with out maintain timings and no weekly off, only work the company without rest not for you and your family... There is a rule that work for the company and die for the company
