I work in the workshop of Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation upsrtc these are government departments, I like to work here, all the officers and employees here behave well.

Dislikes

Here I work as an outsourced employee. Here I have a lot of work salary nor any facility like ESI, PF. The work that I do here, a government employee does the same work, the salary of that government employee is up to 35-60 thousand and all the facilities like TA, DA, PF.... and we do not even get a quarter of their salary. that's why i dislike it

It is a multidimensional,multidisciplinary organisation.being in finance we learn about personnel management,operations,mis,legal andhuman resource management.

Dislikes

There are lesser opportunities for the finance personnel as this is operations oriented organisation having operartios and technical divisions on the upper side of the hierarchy.there fore less opportunities for finance personnel and job frustration for them.

It's a govermant department.the government is take many types facilities to employees.

I don't like to day by day changing roles for working in this department because different type come officer and take our rules for working

Company main motive was totally base on customer satisfaction.we launched new schemes and benefits for customer .I feel proud that I was a part of that company .

No there in nothing that I dislike everything and everyone one was good and supportive
