Lot of challange, workd independently with happy Automshphere, pay is less as per job responsibility, good learning in new field with 2000 Men under me ,Handled 50 Crore Turnover in an Year with increased of 35% compared to previous year and finally Resigned satisfactorilly from the job due to personal reasons n less pay which was 10 lakhs Yearlly in hand.. Now in process to open a Training School for Industrial security..

It's a good agency but there are following rule and regulations of army pattern which is not in order because we are working for corporate office and we face lots of competition between other organizations.
