It is a scheme provides you the chance to work with state government hospitals specially at district hospitals. The motive and goal of this is very much better for the patients but I think it is worst for the employees. As I am working with its attached company T&m service and consultancy, who provides you better opportunity to prove yourself at district hospitals but never appriciate. I think appraisal, promotion and salary increment etc. are the key terms for a employee to to serve much better than before gut this company has no anything about your promotions, increment etc. As how much you have performed better that is no means but if you performed not better then you may be terminated and sometimes without NY errors or just because of biasness of seniors. The employees grievance services has been handled by phone calls which is mostly unreplied or in Mumbai where you have to manage your spendings before going. Suggested job for them who are jobless and never want to increase there selves. Thank u it bitter but truth..
