One can only express themselves in the society that working in Govt organization but no work culture, no company policy, no rule regulations. One man show, only Chairman of the bank is all in all and attitude of the Chairman is like he is above president of India. Always try to keep employees untrained so that management of bank can trample their rights.

Full bunch of untrained and unethical behavior, act and work culture prevail in this bank that can destroy image of this bank.

No Training , No team - of two person at branch on an average , sometimes you are alone with your office boy in the branch , career growth is slow , Politics is high , No learning . The only good thing is that you can go home early in the evening at 5:00 PM even you are branch Head and not posted in RO or HO .

In course of performing my assigned jobs in various disciplines and responsibilities, always felt an essence of Joy while discharging my duties in rural sector/urban areas for its holistic development. Myself managed my time for better output in team spirit for sustainable development and improvements in economical condition and livelihood of poor people/farmers. By making our all out efforts, myself rendered very viable results and always believed in transparent working culture and perpetually under strong faith of local people. By performing as the District Finance Counselor in two Districts ; Madhepura & Darbhanga myself brought all villages of the District under banking fold/financial inclusion for making every one self-reliant, by the way of opening a/c as well as by making available our affordable banking finance to them. Coordination of our HO. Muzaffarpur was appreciable, there was a separate FI Deptt. , liasoning these affairs scientifically all the time under close supervision of our Hon. Chairman of the UBGBank.

If I am talking about market analysis of Uttar Bihar Gramin bank is all about what I learnt over there is to how to communicate with the people who is below low and middle class people When I when I talk to about my company profile all about my job profile when I talk and discuss I found lot of things and I also learn lot of things from their middle class people lower middle class about my job profile is about to Subway of a market how much people want to take loan under one lakh and one and 1.5 Lakh there there is a group of womens the role the role of a bank is to give the loan below middle class people who want to take loan from bank and they want to start a business that condition my role and responsibility is all about to check the people income how much income here are the family have how much children how much family is how much family members is in job or in is in working and how much people is dependent on that people who want to start a business on that condition I feel the costomer and after that Roland responsibilities is all about to check the people income how much in come here the family have how many members is is in walking how many people is depend on that members and if I am talking about myself ki how what exactly I learn from there is all about I learnt how to communicate with urban area people who is an educated and on that condition how I communicate with that people how I manage the people how I manage the crowd what I face over there so so if I summer summer Summer of my point I learnt lot of things which I mention right now over h e r e after completing this project I am much interesting inthis sesector ndbanking sector I am referring to go on that a way to set my career to communicate with people even I go in anyway I just want to communicate people so that I just learn what the positive things they have and I tried to learn everything went from people to people so I like this sector NGO and all

If I am talking about teammates it's all about good I I get good response from all teammates and the seniors and even a I ask lot of things because I am the freezer over there in 45 days I learn lot of things from seniors also because they guide me every time even I take the initiative while the meeting should be organised on that way I must go ahead and the stake a responsibility how to manage meetings and I also manage lot of things like arrangement what exactly should be because all the board members directors of Uttar Bihar Gramin bank they all come so I just go all the arrangement for like and talking to vendors I am talking to electricians who will be Like Mike and all elements fooding arrangements I am doing these things the reason behind is that he in future if you if I'll be posted in any company and on that company I don't want anyone tell me ki and don't know this work I just prepare myself in every condition if any work should be given to me I will be eligible to do that work
