Designing issue is very high and the material in the project is not available on time due to which we fail to complete the project on time and due to these reasons we have to face loss in the project.

For experience candidates of 2-3 years, its good to go gain some knowledge in the areas of cogen.

Dislikes

Erp system tyey follwed is more hectic for all users. Everything we have to do manually in excell sheets and for learners like me is more difficult to get knowledge in one field. We have to keep R&D on the paticular to gain minimnum knowledge.

They have so much work pressure but is it good for the learner for gaining knowledge and get habit for handling challenges.

Optimum Balance of Good work culture and good management control. Organization has grown over period of last 7 years and has earned a name to be one of the premium organization in the field of Power and Cogen. I personally enjoy a lot working mainly due to numerous opportunities provided to me.
