I am working here from 2022 during interview HR told salary will be increased but now almost 1.5 yrs over and no scene of salary increase. only false commitment, Transport is very very bad. I wake up at 5AM daily to reach plant, 8AM to 7PM and 9PM to 8PM duty, no facility. Bad food in canteen no refreshment. on 15th August HR asked to come. I have a plant to complain about it. I request all not to Join at GURAP unit or Burdwan UNIT

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...They will take all data and information of your experience and will get you out. My salary and TA and Tour Bills are Stop for the better known to them or for my above stated reason. Huge huge politics inside only a slave like people can survive there.

...Most worst place to work. Paper leave is there but you can't take when you need. If you take leave the salary will be deducted by management. You have to work in holiday but no compensation is there. Official working time 9.30 hour a day but you have to stay office minimum 10 hours a day.

salary gets credit on time. it is also not sure that on a specific date salary will come. it comes sometimes 1st week or 2nd week , depends upon CMD availability.

...e is no work culture. 2. Here is strict office timing from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. if you late then they will deduct salary. 3. Internal system is not good. Even they do not follow any system. 4. Employee sit long hours only to fulfil their duty . 5. Employee must come on Holidays also. if there is holiday on paper they do not follow. 6. They do not give your full and final amount if you leave this company. 7.Here peoples are only survive , who can butter their seniors. 8. seniors employee give abuse to their junior in front of everyone. 9. Peoples are not happy with management decision or work culture but they can not speak in front of CMD. 10. Employee resign their job within one year. 11. There is no work life balance. If you are with family then your life will get ruined. In the last things if you want to join this organisation before that you get inquiry about everything.
