Organisation gives advance salary and loans to people who in need of anything. 10. people receive surprise increments on their work performance. 11. We get good training and session on our personal and profession life. 12. We celebrates all the festivals and days. 13. We are having fun Fridays in office. 14. As i have seen many people are writing to not receiving salaries on the time as i am a Manager position i understand how utkarsh utilized all the funds for beneficiaries, that is the reason sometimes our salaries got delayed, but this is the prove of Utkarsh that they are working on ground level to help animals and humans too. Just not sitting in the cabins and taking salaries.

1. Many people take advantage of our CEO after taking salary they put bad reviews on CEO behavior, I think our CEO needs to take serious actions against them. and our CEO just let go everything.

This kind of behavior is both unethical and illegal. *Taking a single day of leave results in double the pay being deducted from your salary. this is an unfair and exploitative practice that further adds to the stress and dissatisfaction of employees. *The management especially the CEO (Founder) treats employees with utter disrespect. Fostering a hostile environment where valid concerns are made with aggression and unwarranted demotions without any valid reasons. *There is a severe lack of transparency in the organization's operations. critical decisions are made behind closed doors and employees are never inform or consulted on matter that affect them directly. *The leadership consistently manage the work in unethical ways, prioritizing their own interest while disregarding the welfare and rights of their staff. the treatment of employees is unprofessional and unfair. * The HR Department is a mere puppet of the management, completely ineffective in addressing employee grievances. the issues like salary delays and hostile work conditions are either ignored or brushed off with empty promises. *The organization offers no career growth or development. hard work goes unrecognize, and there is no avenue for professional advancement. In summary Utkarsh Foundation is a deeply toxic and unethical workplace. if you value your well-being, financial stability, and career growth, avoid this organization at all costs. working here will only bring you stress, frustration, and disappointment.

... one is reserved for trustees who are not at all in office more than 1 hour. 5. No Salary on time. 6.Hr hiring people with false information. 7.Arrogant founder, although he is advocate..no work policies, total scam.fake companies are opened for showing transactions.

...ale female washroom. No corporate culture. No proper company policies & rules. Not giving salary on time. Favouritism & no basic ethics. Trustees are all unqualified. Don't even have basic manners of talking with female employees. No training is provided to new employees. No credit is given for hardwork.
