...ale female washroom. No corporate culture. No proper company policies & rules. Not giving salary on time. Favouritism & no basic ethics. Trustees are all unqualified. Don't even have basic manners of talking with female employees. No training is provided to new employees. No credit is given for hardwork.

...in OPD, animals dying coz of no treatment. And other insects were eating them. No such professionalism, huge nepotism, trustees are not much qualified or educated, no English speaking or communication, salary cycle every after 50 days of work, means if u work for 3 months still u will get salary of 1.5 month, as they keep hold their salary, so that they don't leave them and get stuck for their payouts to get released. That's why I left in 2 days only. As seen full background of the scams of this organisation, whether related to compliance, rules, regulations and policies. Or statutory compliances like scam in EPF and ESIC. Means fraud with the government also. No future or career in this organisation. Even though this company exists from last 10 years still they don't follow the basics of working.

1) No proper welcoming of staff, I didn't received my offer letter when I asked before my joining. 2) I have been informed once I will join the organisation I will receive appointment letter directly. 3) I joined then also I haven't received any offer or appointment letter, which I should have received it. 4) No proper seating arrangement, in the premises, on 1 st day I have been seated on a broken chair, and full day I was sitting idol with no information. 5) No proper welcoming of staff or induction or introduction with other staff. 6) No proper cleanliness in the office premises, I have seen lots of mess and even insects in the premises like ants, cockroaches and rats also. 7) Washroom were so pathetic, I rather say even the railway toilets or even the government toilet on the road as more cleaner than that. 6) On a very next day of my joining on my 2 nd day I have been sent to their Store for sitting, which were also on Rent, and I got to know there that they have not paid the rent of that store even for last 4 months. And the room owner wants to vacate the place sooner. 7) I have checked some mails on that day, and even met and contacted with some old staff and some ex staff also. They had informed me their experience too. Which I have read in the mail also. They are not paying the salaries of the staff. 8) Many of the staff have not received their salaries from last 2 months, and even some ex staff had not received their full and final settlement even after leaving the company after the 6 months as well. 9) Many of the staff is spending money from their pockets as well coz all the fime funds not keep available in the account. And even after spending the money from their pockets, they don't receive it back on time. 10) There are many things to say about this company which I have experienced in just 2 days. But, it's enough to inform the candidates who may think to join this organisation, I must say join by their own risk.

.... 8. We receive extra incentives after selection of Employee of the month. 9. Organisation gives advance salary and loans to people who in need of anything. 10. people receive surprise increments on their work performance. 11. We get good training and session on our personal and profession life. 12. We celebrates all the festivals and days. 13. We are having fun Fridays in office. 14. As i have seen many people are writing to not receiving salaries on the time as i am a Manager position i understand how utkarsh utilized all the funds for beneficiaries, that is the reason sometimes our salaries got delayed, but this is the prove of Utkarsh that they are working on ground level to help animals and humans too. Just not sitting in the cabins and taking salaries.

1. Many people take advantage of our CEO after taking salary they put bad reviews on CEO behavior, I think our CEO needs to take serious actions against them. and our CEO just let go everything.

I like this because you have to pick up calls every time no matter it is night or morning 24hours you need to work for them CEO and CHRO are craps Most important thing is like there is no job security one day ceo will call you and fire you just because you don’t came when he called you

Salary will be paid of 30 days when you worked for 60 days work double get paid single. Every month people leave and they stop working due to salary

Salary is never on time with lots of deductions. They expect employees to come on time and leave late. They do not respect their employees at all. Salar is always late by 2 months and this organisation is always hiring as their staff resigns after receiving every month's salary.
